Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, it has received high attention from the Central Committee of the CPC. In the report of the 20th CPC National Congress, it was proposed that China should promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization, and the "three rural" issues are closely related to common prosperity and Chinese-style modernization. Therefore, the importance of allocating financial resources in rural areas to support rural revitalization is self-evident. This paper takes the development process of Huilai County, Guangdong Province, in the process of rural revitalization as an example to explore the relationship between finance and rural revitalization, highlight the leveraging effect of financial services, and reflect the starting point of rural revitalization.
