Abstract

Rural development and environmental protection are among the key topics faced by contemporary society. Rural areas are crucial parts of the ecosystem, serving multiple functions like agricultural production, ecological resource conservation, and habitation of farmers. However, with rapid rural economic development and population growth, rural areas are also confronted with severe problems such as environmental pollution, resource shortages, and ecosystem degradation. This paper aims to investigate the coordinated development between rural development and environmental protection, analyze their conflicts and contradictions, and propose solutions. The paper will focus on issues related to rural pollution management, ecological construction, and resource utilization, exploring pathways towards sustainable development.
