Abstract

Using the literature research method to understand the current status of Chinese medicine treatment of Henoch- Schönlein purpura nephritis, and the literature was collated based on the network of "disease location - disease mechanism - treatment method ". It was found that the disease had a history of external sensation, and the pathological factors were mainly wind, heat, poison, stasis and dampness. The internal organs are mostly located in the lungs, spleen and kidneys; In the early stage of treatment, it is to clear heat and detoxify and dampness, and in the later stage, it is to strengthen the spleen and tonify the kidney, invigorate qi and nourish yin, and the whole process is Circulate blood and transform stasis. In terms of medication, it is often biased towards supplementation, heat and detoxification, blood circulation and stasis, and the use of anti-allergic drugs. Chinese medicine has definite efficacy and certain advantages in the treatment of this disease, but at present it mostly relies on the experience of famous masters and still lacks a systematic treatment plan.
