Abstract

With the continuous promotion of the strategy of "Healthy China 2030" plan Outline and the continuous popularization of the knowledge of residents' health management by relevant departments, and with the increasing demand for health, the health status of residents is also constantly improving, but there are still some problems to be solved. With the development and progress of The Times, science and technology and economy go hand in hand, the physical health of all groups of people has attracted more and more attention. From the public health sector to the individual, health is always a central issue. This paper aims to explore the existing health problems of the elderly population, women, adolescents and children, as well as common chronic diseases, and to further explore the promotion and intervention of them, hoping to provide scientific basis and effective suggestions for carrying out health education for residents and the prevention of chronic diseases.
