This paper introduces the ICF-CY core classification combination of autism in detail, comprehensively describes the related functions of autistic children, and discusses the application of ICF-CY core classification combination in autism. This paper adopts the method of literature review, through collecting and sorting out relevant literature, systematically screening and analyzing the literature, extracting relevant information, and conducting induction, summary and comprehensive analysis. It is believed that the core classification combinations of ICF-CY for autism include comprehensive version, concise general version and simplified version. The comprehensive edition includes 111 categories; The concise and generic version includes 60 categories; Patients were divided into three age groups, 0-5 years old, 6-16 years old, and ≥17 years old, including 73 categories in 0-5 years old, 81 categories in 6-16 years old, and 79 categories in ≥17 years old. It is found that the application of ICF-CY core classification combination to the assessment of autism can provide a more comprehensive understanding of the function and functional characteristics of autism, and provide an important reference for the assessment, intervention and support of autistic patients. The core classification combination of ICF-CY for autism is applied to practical research in order to better compare differences between different populations, improve the understanding of autism, and promote the development and social integration of people with autism.
