Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a joint degenerative disease characterized by pain, swelling, stiffness, and even limitation of movement of the knee joint, seriously reduceing the quality of life of patients. Daoyin Exercise, as a typical Chinese traditional exercise therapy, has a long history and has the characteristics of being safe and effective, easy to promote, convenient, practical, modern doctors apply it to the prevention and treatment of KOA, can achieve a good effect. This paper summarizes the research status of the application of guidance in knee osteoarthritis in the past 10 years, to provide a basis and ideas for the clinical promotion of TCM guidance more effectively.
