Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor with high incidence rate and mortality. Research has shown that the activation and inhibition of the Wnt signaling pathway are closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, and the Wnt signaling pathway is influenced by many factors. Studying the relationship between the Wnt signaling pathway and the occurrence and development of gastric cancer is beneficial for providing insights into the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer. This article provides a review of the research progress on the relationship between the Wnt signaling pathway and the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
