The purpose of this paper is to explore in depth the impact of big data on business decision-making. By providing an overview of the application of big data in business and its relationship with enterprise management, this paper analyses the specific impact of big data on enterprise decision-making process, decision-making efficiency and decision-making accuracy. In addition, using Target Corporation as an example, the paper analyses in detail the refined application of big data in corporate decision-making, as well as the decision-making outcomes and far-reaching impacts driven by it. The findings show that big data not only optimises the decision-making process and improves decision-making efficiency, but also significantly improves the accuracy of decision-making and brings substantial business value to enterprises. Based on these findings, this paper provides insights and suggestions on how enterprises can better utilise big data for decision-making.
