The purpose of urban construction is to promote the sustainable and healthy development of interpersonal relations through deep reflection on the value orientation of interpersonal relations, which is not out of utilitarianism. This paper mainly starts with new-type urbanization, conducts an in-depth analysis of its ecological connotation, and studies how to solve the contradiction between people and land existing in the current urban construction process through ecological landscape design, so as to effectively solve the drawbacks faced by traditional urbanization. From the perspective of ecological landscape, various problems and challenges in the current process of small town construction are analyzed. According to the current research theories on ecological landscape in China and other countries, ecological problems in the current process of domestic urban construction are emphatically explored, and relevant solutions are proposed.
