With the rapid development of information technology and the advancement of intelligentization trend, the integrated platform of intelligent property, as an innovative solution to solve the traditional property management problems, has gradually received widespread attention. This paper firstly explains the concept of intelligent property, and then defines the integration platform. Subsequently, it analyzes in detail the functional modules that the platform may contain, including resource management, income and expenditure management and customer service. Finally, it discusses the technical realization of the platform, aiming to provide a comprehensive and in-depth interpretation and guidance for the construction of the integrated platform of intelligent property.
