Research on Reforming Physical Education Teaching Strategies Based on Student Needs Perspective

Abstract

This research aims to explore the importance and necessity of reforming physical education teaching strategies from the perspective of student needs. By analyzing the current issues in physical education teaching and the actual needs of students, a series of feasible reform proposals are proposed to enhance the effectiveness of physical education teaching and student engagement. Employing a combined method of literature review and case analysis, this study deeply analyzes the influence of student needs on physical education teaching and proposes corresponding strategies. The research findings indicate that adjusting physical education teaching strategies according to student needs can better stimulate students' learning interests, improve teaching effectiveness, and promote comprehensive development of students' physical and mental health.
