Abstract

With the continuous development of China's economy and technology industry, various key provinces and cities in China have introduced a batch of foreign high-end talent policies with Chinese characteristics and highlights, launching a "high-end talent competition". This article takes Zhengzhou city as the research object, analyzes the main problems of the city's development stage starting too late, lack of prominent regional realities and characteristics, and weak targeted awareness of talent policy research and formulation stage goals, and puts forward suggestions for improving relevant policy schemes.
