Research on the Pricing Wrong of Electronic Commerce Contract

Abstract

With the emergence and development of e-commerce, people are not limited to the traditional offline purchase of goods. Online shopping has become one of the ways of shopping, and the proportion is gradually increasing. Because of the high efficiency and convenience of network, electronic contract has become a more common form of contract. While online shopping brings us convenience, it also causes a lot of transaction disputes. Among them, the online shopping contract disputes caused by the pricing wrong are common, which not only infringes the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, but restricts the development of e-commerce. The problem of wrong price of online shopping is essentially the dispute of online shopping contract.
