Abstract

In the context of changing media environment and diversified audience needs, interview programme hosts are faced with challenges and opportunities. This paper discusses how interview programme hosts can use artistic mobilisation strategies to enhance programme effects, and proposes two major artistic mobilisation strategies: verbal and non-verbal. The language strategy includes evocative, conciliatory and questioning language, which enhances the depth and attractiveness of the programme through precise guidance, real interaction and unique perspectives. The non-verbal strategy involves image and costume, body movement and field construction, aiming to provide a diversified visual experience and touch the guests' emotions, in order to adapt to the audience's needs and market changes.
