By exploring the educational value and cultural significance of traditional martial arts, this paper puts forward a series of ways to realize the integration of martial arts and modern PE teaching. The research shows that the implementation of these strategies can not only improve students cognition and interest in traditional martial arts culture, but also enhance their cultural pride, so as to effectively promote the inheritance and development of traditional martial arts in the modern education system.
