A Study on the National Strategy of Wushu for the National Fitness

Abstract

Wushu is an important symbol of the Chinese nation, which is deeply loved by people as the traditional sports of the Chinese nation.  In the process of the outline of the national fitness program, Wushu has the advantages of strengthening the body and rich forms of expression, which plays an important role in improving the national health level. This paper adopts the method of literature, studies the role of Wushu in the national fitness, and puts forward the corresponding measures.
