Abstract

As a key antioxidant in the body, it is strongly tied to the proper metabolism of the human body, and the irregularity of uric acid metabolism can produce a series of pathophysiological changes leading to a range of disorders. In recent years, various investigations have been undertaken regarding uric acid abnormalities. This article mainly elaborates on the study development of uric acid-related disorders from the link between uric acid level and diseases, prognosis, and etiology, with a goal of providing a reference for the management of uric acid.

Keywords

uric acid; disease prognosis; management
