Starting from the construction and development of high-level sports teams in Colleges and universities, while affirming the tremendous impetus to the reform of competitive sports system in China, this paper explores the problems existing in the construction of high-level sports teams in the aspects of economy, society and culture, analyzes the causes of the problems in the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities from various angles, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
