Micro-course is a new teaching mode under the new era, and the flip-table is a new teaching mode under the background of new curriculum reform. As the mainstream education, quality education is based on school volleyball teaching. It proposes to break through the traditional teaching concept and take volleyball teaching as the research object. Based on the connotation of flipping classroom in micro-curricular environment, this paper proposes how to use micro-class to flip classroom in volleyball teaching.
