The Whole Process Management of the university’s Infrastructure: the Construction Project of Southwest University of Political Science and Law as an Example

Abstract

This article summarizes and analyzes the basic situation of the whole process management of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and points out the problems and shortcomings of the early management. Although the infrastructure business of Southwest University of Political Science and Law faces risks, this thesis has proved through scientific evaluation and case demonstration through qualitative and quantitative analysis: If the risks related to the infrastructure business process can be effectively managed throughout the entire process, the infrastructure business will bring huge benefits to colleges and universities. It is recommended that infrastructure colleges and universities continue to promote and horizontally expand related actual production and business activities. This thesis provides theoretical basis and operational template for Southwest University of Political Science and Law’s own infrastructure business, and provides examples of whole-process management for other related large-scale infrastructure colleges and universities in China, and provides a certain reference and reference for other related projects of the university. Contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of the entire infrastructure business industry.
