Abstract

Compensation and performance have always been the core concerns of enterprises. There is a close relationship between the fairness of salary management and the performance of employees. This paper first expounds the impact of the fairness of salary management on the performance of employees, and then focuses on the reaction of the performance to the fairness of salary.
