Abstract

Supply chain management in the automotive industry has always been concerned, especially in the emerging new energy vehicle industry in recent years. First of all, this paper analyzes Tesla through the partnership model of supply chain management, and the competitive advantages of this model applied to Tesla. Secondly, the supply chain model is combined with the management method of partnership and cooperation to further explain. In addition, Lotus Motors also serves as an auxiliary case for effective analysis. Finally, the effectiveness, efficiency and feasibility of the management method are also considered.
