According to the latest data from the World Health Organization's Agency for Research on Cancer, breast cancer has replaced lung cancer as the most prevalent disease in the world, and the incidence rate is increasing year by year, with the incidence population becoming younger and younger. Patients often experience surgery, chemotherapy and other treatments, and often have anxiety, depression and other adverse emotions, which reduce the treatment effect and seriously affect the quality of life. The Sense of Coherence is a protective psychological resource that can effectively buffer stress and maintain physical and mental health. Therefore, this paper reviews the concept and measurement tools , and the current situation of sense of coherence in breast cancer patients, and the influencing factors, in order to provide reference for clinical research on improving breast cancer patients' sense of coherence level in China.
