Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of IGFBP-1 and fFN in preterm birth prediction. Method: Second-trimester pregnant women who choose to come to our hospital for pregnancy check-screening. Results: The combined detection of IGFBP-1 and fFN was consistent with the clinical diagnosis .Conclusion: fFN and IGFBP-1 are effective indicators for predicting premature rupture of membranes and preterm birth, and the combined application can maximize the diagnostic coincidence rate.
