The realization of educational fairness is inseparable from the support of the news media. At present, with the continuous deepening of the concept of educational fairness and justice in our country, the news media plays a more significant role in educational fairness. Family happiness and social equity, so it is of great significance to give full play to the functions of the news media in the realization of educational equity. Based on this, this article will start from the perspective of the news media and analyse the functions of the news media in the realization of educational equity through in-depth analysis, put forward valuable opinions and suggestions to highlight its functions, and provide valuable theoretical reference for the realization of educational equity and the implementation of various educational policies in my country.
