The emergence and rapid development of e-commerce and information technology has revolutionized the supply chain management model of enterprises. The e-commerce platform has created an intelligent “ecosphere” for the enterprise supply chain. Therefore, the various relationships between enterprises are more stable under the constraints of third parties, and the efficiency of supply chain management is significantly improved. However, there are still many problems, so continuous optimization management is needed to meet the expanding supply chain management needs.
