Rural revitalization is the strategic unification of rural agricultural development in the process of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the process of rural revitalization, not only material construction, but also cultural construction is required. By collecting and organizing relevant domestic and foreign literature, this paper summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign researches, finds out the existing forms of rural cultural development, the problems encountered in the development and the solutions and development paths proposed by experts. Based on the analysis of the literature on rural revitalization, the existing research results, problems and future trends of this field are further explored.
