Nowaways, it is in the critical period of the rapid development of China’s construction enterprises. Facing the fierce market competition, the construction enterprises can not only integrate resources and realize the optimal allocation of resources, but also significantly improve the economic benefits of enterprises. In terms of above, this thesis mainly analyzes the problems existing in cost control in the process of project management of construction enterprises, and then puts forward corresponding measures for reference by others.
