As the backbone of China 's economic development, SMEs play an important role in promoting economic growth, increasing jobs and driving technological innovation. Innovation is the source of strength for national development and the endogenous driving force for enterprise development. For China, the development of specialized new enterprises can accelerate China's catch-up strategic process and promote China's economy from high-speed development to high-quality economic development. For enterprises, the policy of "specialization and innovation" can enable enterprises to achieve sustainable development and technological innovation, so that enterprises always maintain the vitality support of enterprises and the effective transformation of advanced technological achievements. However, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is still restricted by many factors at this stage. In the path selection, multifaceted subjects can jointly empower and cooperate to provide more diversified choices for the enterprise path.
