This article explores the relationship between enterprise management models based on artificial intelligence and modernization. It discusses the application of artificial intelligence in decision support, data analysis, and automated processes, as well as its impact on decision-making patterns, organizational structures, and management methods. The study finds that artificial intelligence promotes the modernization of enterprise management, improving efficiency and optimizing resource allocation. Future research should address challenges such as data privacy protection and human-machine collaboration to further enhance the effectiveness of artificial intelligence in enterprise management.
