With the development of globalization, various internal and external uncertainties lead to the occurrence of supply chain risks. In this paper, 976 journal papers related to supply chain risk from 2003 to 2022 were collected, and CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis of literature quantity, authors, institutions and keywords. Research findings: supply chain risk research has experienced three stages: germination, growth and maturity. The main keywords are risk avoidance, risk management, credit risk and supply chain. Research hotspots include supply chain risk identification and early warning, supply chain risk control, supply chain pricing decision considering risk avoidance, and supply chain financial information risk assessment.
