Prioritizing the development of agriculture and rural areas and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, as the current era background, is not just a slogan. This article formally implemented this idea and attempted to find a way to revitalize rural areas. This article proposed an emerging economic model based on the digital economy to improve rural financial services and rural economy, thereby driving employment and consumption issues in rural areas and achieving the goal of revitalizing rural areas.
