Abstract

Online live streaming with goods is an emerging economic development model that has played a significant role in promoting economic development under the pandemic. Infringement and imagination are constantly emerging, and the dilemma of consumer rights protection is becoming increasingly prominent. This article analyzes the current situation of consumer rights protection through judicial cases, understands the difficulties in the process of consumer rights protection, and clarifies the responsibilities of merchants and platforms.
