The Comparison of Securities Law and Competition Law among China, Australia and Japan

Abstract

The substantive laws chosen for comparison in this paper are Securities Law and Competition Law. The countries selected for comparison are China, Australia and Japan.These two substantive laws can have a direct impact on foreign investment. Therefore, the main content of this paper is to discuss, what are the differences in the specific provisions of the laws of these two entities in the three countries? What are the pros and cons of these rules for investors? What should foreign investment focus on when entering these countries?
