Abstract

With the continuous development of network information technology, the number of cyber public opinion crisis events has been increasing. The characteristics of cyber public opinion crisis events such as universal concern, ultra-geographical restriction, wide influence, and destructive impact have put forward higher requirements for the government as an important main body of cyber public opinion crisis response. However, due to the lack of cooperation among the government, media, non-profit organizations and citizens in the process of responding to the special event of online public opinion crisis, there are still deficiencies in the process of responding to online public opinion crisis by local governments, and local governments are not able to solve the online public opinion crisis events effectively and quickly.
