With the proposal and promotion of the strategy of "Healthy China", the demand for skilled talents in health management is increasing. This paper uses a qualitative research approach to propose that the field of health management needs talents with diverse expertise in health policy, health education, health assessment and health intervention to help individuals and groups maintain good physical health and lifestyle. In addition, in the face of the rapid development of the health industry, there is a greater need for health management talents with practical ability, innovative spirit and social responsibility to promote the further development of the health industry.
