As the Hainan Free Trade Port is vigorously promoted by the Chinese government as a new experimental zone for an open economy, aimed at establishing a high-standard free trade area, it is expected not only to become a significant commercial and trade hub in China and globally but also a crucial window for China's deepened reforms and expanded openness. This article comprehensively analyzes the issues of digital property rights protection and intellectual property rights protection in the economic development of the Hainan Free Trade Port, proposing a series of digital strategies and collaborative approaches to facilitate the efficient implementation of property rights and intellectual property rights protection.
