Based on the actual development of the times, this paper aims to explore the practical paths and mechanisms of rural governance based on digital empowerment, in order to gain a deeper understanding of how digital technology can enhance governance effectiveness in the rural environment. Through literature review, field survey and case study, we analyse the practical experience of digitally-enabled rural governance, explore the paths and mechanisms involved, and put forward relevant policy recommendations.
