The current development dynamics of the primary sector in the countryside determines the ultimate achievement of the goal of modernizing the country's governance. Therefore, in order to realize the development of "three rural areas" and promote the ecological construction of the primary industry, the analysis of agricultural economic development opportunities and innovative development paths in the context of rural revitalization is proposed. In this regard, the strategic background of rural revitalization is first briefly analyzed, and then it is pointed out that there is still room for the development of the rural economy in the three aspects of industrial structure, mechanization level and industrial technology. Finally, combined with the strategic background, it puts forward a targeted innovative development path, including optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure, developing green enterprises and strengthening agricultural technological innovation, aiming to provide research direction for the revitalization of eco-agricultural economy.
