Abstract

Compensation incentives play an essential role in human resource management. They serve as a critical method for attracting and retaining outstanding talent while also effectively motivating employees and enhancing performance. This paper delves into the significance of compensation incentives in human resource management, along with the factors that impact the efficacy of compensation mechanisms in providing incentives. Additionally, it presents strategies for optimizing compensation incentives. The goal is to offer theoretical support and practical guidance for corporate talent incentive strategies, enabling companies to better attract, retain, and motivate talent, foster innovation and development, and strengthen their competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities.
