Study on evaluation of influencing factors of prefabricated housing cost

In recent years, there has been a rapid development of prefabricated housing in China. However, the lack of systematic control and management over the costs of prefabricated housing has resulted in a significant increase in expenses. This has hindered the further advancement of prefabricated housing.In order to solve this problem, this paper uses literature analysis to identify the factors affecting the cost of prefabricated housing and revises and supplements the indicators by means of questionnaire survey and expert interview. Then GRA-TOPSIS method is used to comprehensively consider the correlation degree between the factors affecting the cost of prefabricated housing and the close degree to the best solution. Order the weight and importance of each factor. It provides decision basis for cost optimization and control.
