The development of modern volleyball emphasizes more on three-dimensional attack. In such a development trend, the teaching of volleyball blocking technology is very important, and it is very important to analyze the teaching links and training methods pertinently. In this paper, we will focus on the whole teaching process and training methods of volleyball blocking technology, and finally we want to achieve the purpose of flexible application.
