Progress in Research on Self-management of Frail Elderly Patients

This paper reviews the related concepts, evaluation tools, intervention and application effects of self-management intervention for debilitated patients in order to provide reference for self-management intervention for debilitated patients in China, improve the treatment effect and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
