Abstract

This paper explores legal research methodologies from the perspective of jurisprudence, focusing on the organic integration of theoretical exploration and empirical research. Firstly, it delves into the basic concepts of jurisprudence, emphasizing its foundational role in legal studies and focusing on the internal logic and principles of legal norms. Secondly, it discusses the comprehensiveness of legal research from the perspective of diverse methodologies, highlighting the guiding role of theoretical research in methodology. Subsequently, through case analysis, the dialogue between jurisprudence and social practice is illuminated, underscoring the application of theoretical frameworks in legal reform and the challenges posed by social practice to jurisprudence. Ultimately, this study provides substantive insights for deepening the integration of legal theory and practice.
