China has held many international sports events since it held the Olympics in 2008. When looking back, we can see it's likely to have operational risks of the international sports events and its stadiums. In response to it, the first task is to analyze the operational risks and evaluate it scientifically. Therefore, performance evaluation index system of large scale sports stadiums has been established based on the fishbone diagram analysis model and it's illustrated in a detailed case.
