Abstract

Employee stock ownership plan is a kind of plan aiming to share the company's shares to the employees. The implementation of employee stock ownership plans by listed companies in China has a positive impact on enterprise performance, but also faces some challenges. After analyzing my domestic and international research results as well as the motivation for the implementation of employee stock ownership plans, it was found that the factors influencing the performance of listed companies' employee stock ownership plans on the performance of the enterprise mainly include the source of funds, the source of stock, and the proportion of stock ownership. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward some reference suggestions for the problems faced by China's listed companies in the process of implementing the employee stock ownership plan.
