Abstract

This paper aims to explore the path and strategy of reform in the construction of physical education and art courses in universities. By analyzing the current situation of the construction of physical education and art courses in universities and combining relevant research results at home and abroad, a series of feasible reform paths and strategies have been proposed. This includes optimizing curriculum design, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, promoting disciplinary integration, and strengthening cooperation with social and cultural industries. This article also explores the important role of the government in the reform of sports and arts courses in universities, and puts forward prospects and suggestions for future development, aiming to promote the construction of sports and arts courses in universities towards a more diversified and comprehensive direction.
