This paper aims to explore the development strategies that focus on life skills in the process of school physical education teaching. By analyzing current teaching practices and research achievements, the paper proposes the importance of cultivating students' teamwork spirit, emotional management ability, health awareness, and moral qualities, and explores how to effectively promote the development of these life skills in physical education teaching. This paper believes that by focusing on the cultivation of life skills, physical education teaching can better serve the comprehensive development of students and cultivate more competitive and adaptable future citizens.
