Abstract

With the rapid development of higher education and the promotion of modernization of campus infrastructure, construction projects in universities are emerging like spring bamboo shoots. These projects not only carry the campus culture and spiritual characteristics, but also serve as important support for scientific research and teaching activities. Compared with other types of construction projects, university construction projects exhibit distinct features, including specific policies and regulations they follow, complex stakeholder relationships involved, and special requirements for completing high-intensity construction during the academic term breaks. Therefore, construction management and quality control become particularly crucial. This article will delve into the uniqueness of construction management in university construction projects and the common challenges they face, and propose a series of quality control strategies, accompanied by specific management practice cases, with the aim of providing practical guidance for the implementation of relevant projects.
