The rise of the sharing economy presents both opportunities and challenges for enterprise human resource management, where contradictions coexist with benefits. This paper adopts a practical theoretical approach and problem-oriented research method to analyze various aspects of enterprise human resource management from the perspective of the sharing economy. It summarizes the changes and impacts brought by the sharing economy to enterprises, investigates existing challenges and issues, and proposes innovative management models and strategies.
